Texaco Service Stations Weren’t Just About Fuel - They Helped Create the American Driving Culture.

Early Texaco® service stations not only sold various grades of Texaco gasoline but also offered free air, water, crankcase service, tire and tube installation. The stations were located in all 50 states and had attendants to help with refueling and repairs. Stopping at a Texaco gas station in the 1950’s was greatly different than today, they offered personal service with a smile! The attendant was there to please. The Texaco station attendant also offered free mechanical advice, directions and plenty of friendly conversation.

Celebrate the history of Texaco service stations with this limited edition replica of a 1950’s Texaco operation – a three-dimensional diorama display and a 1965 Chevrolet® C10 pickup truck. This set is reproduced as an exacting miniature of the real Texaco
stations seen on the roads of yesteryear.
